This APAR applies to TSM MVS or z/OS servers at the 5.1.5.0, 5.1.5.1 or
5.1.5.2 levels of service.   The ZAP included in this APAR results in a
substantial reduction in Virtual Storage Manager activity related to the
TSM Server.  
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager development recommends applying the ZAP and
restarting the TSM Server.

ERROR DESCRIPTION:                                                              
After upgrading to 5.1.5 PTF level or patches 5.1.5.1 and                       
5.1.5.2 you may experience additional CPU cycles spent in the                   
nucleus (IGVFPVT, IGVFSDQE) which will cause a degradation of                   
the server performance. This only affects the OS/390 and z/OS                   
platforms.
