Installation Instructions

for C for AIX version 4.4.0.3 PTF 

        1) Download the C.4403.ptfs.tar.Z file in binary format.
        2) Uncompress and untar C.4403.ptfs.tar.Z to extract the files.
        3) The resulting files are in installp format.  Use installp or smit
           to install.
