To install the IBM Debug for Linux on x86 - Remote Debug UI

1. Obtain Eclipse 4.31 for the appropriate platform:
   https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2024-03

2. Start eclipse and install:
	a) Click Help > Install new Software
	b) Click Add and specify the update site zip file
	c) Select desired components. 
	d) Click Next until the license is presented.
	e) Accept the license and click Finish
	f) Click Restart Now when prompted
