Programs calling user trace hooks fail unexpectedly when trace
is enabled.

Prerequistes
------------
This package applies to the 7100-00 Technology Level with the
bos.mp64 fileset at the 7.1.0.1 level.

Installation
------------
- Download IZ84576.epkg.Z in binary format

- Install the fix using the command:

    emgr -e IZ84576.epkg.Z

A reboot is required for the fix to take effect.
