Description

Portmapper can hang which can cause a system that depends
upon NIS and NFS to hang as well. 

The fix installs a modified version of /usr/lib/libtli.a.  


Requisites
----------
This fix applies to AIX 5300-08 Service Pack 6, with bos.rte.streams
fileset at the level 5.3.8.2. 


Installation
------------
emgr -e IZ50802.53TL8SP6.epkg.Z

A system reboot is required for the fix to take effect.
