Description

On 5.3ML04 64bit executables that are built with rtl enabled fail with
ENOMEM error. This fix increases the usla heap size accordingly so that
executables do not fail with the above error. Note that this does not
affect 32bit executables.


Prerequisites
-------------
This fix requires that bos.mp64 fileset at the 5.3.0.40 level.  This
level is included in the 5300-04 Technology Level, which may be
obtained from:

Installation
------------
- Download IY83580.epkg.Z in binary format.

- Install the fix using the command:

    emgr -e IY83580.epkg.Z
