Problem Description

This directory contains fixes for the following APARs:

IY82517 (AIX 5.2) SYSINTR errors using the Gigabit Ethernet-SX adapter
IY82518 (AIX 5.3) SYSINTR errors using the Gigabit Ethernet-SX adapter


Prerequisites
-------------
The following filesets must already be at the indicated levels prior
to installing this fix.

AIX 5.2:
devices.pci.14101403.rte 5.2.0.0
devices.pci.e414a816.rte 5.2.0.85

AIX 5.3:
devices.pci.14101403.rte 5.3.0.0
devices.pci.e414a816.rte 5.3.0.41

Downloading
-----------
Download the appropriate package, depending upon the release of your
system.  The file should be downloaded in binary format.

IY82517.epkg.Z - AIX 5.2
IY82518.epkg.Z - AIX 5.3


Installation
------------
Install the fix using the command:

  emgr -e IY8251?.epkg.Z

A system reboot is required for this fix to take effect.
