DESCRIPTION - This iFix updates the AIX device drivers for the 
              FCoE adapter.  It provides changes to address issues
              associated with failure to bring the link up after
              it has gone down, such as after a port block and 
              unblock on the switch.  The i-fix includes additional
              fixes that have been made since the release of the 
              latest service pack.
