499353.epkg.Z contains an e-fix for AIX 5.3 to support new features
in the Virtual I/O Server fixpack 5.  It contains fixes for the
following APARs:

  IY70082 VIO client changes
  IY70148 more MPIO-related fixes
  IY70336 System crash on passthru ioctl

Once fixes for the above APARs are available from Fix Central, this
e-fix should be removed using 'emgr -r 499353' and the fixes should
be installed.


Prerequisites

This e-fix requires bos.mp and/or bos.mp64 at the 5.3.0.21 level.
This level can be obtained from Fix Central at:

Installation
------------
Download 499353.epkg.Z in BINARY format.
Install any requisites.
Install 499353.epkg.Z using the command:

  emgr -e 499353.epkg.Z
