lsof from AIX Toolbox has been removed. Please use the one provided through AIX expansion pack site.

Earlier, lsof was available from two different sources, one is from AIX Toolbox and also from AIX expansion pack site.
The lsof on exp pack is supported by PMR, but the one which was on AIX toolbox is as-is.
To avoid the confusion now only one version is provided through the expansion pack site.
