The modules using Helix Explorer, such as Integrated Data Management and Helix Direct Interface, can now be started by the user who logged on as a member of Users group like the user who logged on as a member of Administrators group.

The version of this product for CATIA V5R17 or later release is changed
same as that of HXI ( Helix eXtended Interface ), another family product.
Moreover this product bundles the online documents and the Helix Defaults for HXI.
Therefore we recommend you to check

first to use this product. It tells you the difference between this product and HXI.

This product became available on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (64-bits)
as a 32-bit application.

- Supports LUM ( IBM License Use Management ) Version 4.6.8.
However, its concurrent offline licensing is not available.

- Even if a CATIA drawing to convert are located at a directory
whose name contains double byte characters,
the drawing can now be converted on the Helix Direct Interface.

- Dimension tolerance can now be translated as dimension tolerance.

- CATIA environment can be specified by using Helix Direct Interface.

- The witness line of the radius dimension can now be translated.
- Upon translating dimensions, the two points will correspond to the
actual measurement on the graph.

- Polyline can now be translated.
- The hatch on a section view or a breakout view can now be translated.
- Callout of a broken view can now be translated.

- Provides to choice how to show dimensions whose measurements might be changed by
rounding off on HDD to CATIA conversion of the Helix Direct Interface.

When you export an element with attributes created by Helix Direct Interface
onto another drawing by Cut & Paste operation of CATIA,
the exported element keeps its attributes.

- Supports CATIA V5R12 roughness (called surface finish on HDD) on the Helix Direct Interface.
- Supports conversion of roughness for the both ways - CATIA to HDD, and HDD to CATIA - on the Helix Direct Interface.
- Provides a capability that a dimension whose dimension line is modified on a HDD drawing can be optionally converted to a fake dimension to keep its feature on a CATIA drawing on the HDD to CATIA conversion of the Helix Direct Interface.
