Before you install the enclosed efix gsclvmd please 
make sure the system is running at the proper 
level.  'lslpp -l | grep bos.clvm.enh' should 
show the fileset level to be 5.2.0.12.

Here are the steps to install the efix gsclvmd...

1) make sure the cluster is down.  

   # smitty clstop (or whatever your preferred method 
     of stopping the cluster might be).  

2) install the fix using the command:

   # emgr -e IY50578.112603.epkg.Z

3) bring the cluster back up.  

   # smitty clstart (or whatever your preferred method 
     of starting the cluster might be).
